Some session managers do not set this variable, this is the case with lxsession. Because of this users who integrated NsCDE in LXDE cannot change startup settings from the Style Manager.

In its current state, the Startup button in the Style Manager is broken for few session managers.
This is due to the fact that some desktop managers such as lxsession and lxqt-session do not set the SESSION_MANAGER environment variable.
This pull request disables this verification.
Furthermore, in case you are using NsCDE without integration, you will have a different error message to prevent seeing that "Session Manager from desktop NsCDE not (yet) supported".
