About The Pull Request
This brings over one of the two things we had unique to Solaris, along with making a first pass of the modularization structure (That will probably have to be optimized in the future but we have the structure)
Testing Evidence
Code compiles cleanly, and like with any code I touch I've tested it again and again to ensure that the changes in the code are giving me the expected results.
Why It's Good For The Game
We're going full modular or near-full modular so we can keep easily in sync with AP. This is the first step of it and could certainly be optimized later. I like powder fantasy too so y'know.
