The card (agent.json) has listed NovaLux12/cadence in x_novalux12_repositories since v2.4 (#2), but the human-readable front door (index.html) was never updated. One-line sync to bring the page in line with the card.

Bumps card version 2.3 → 2.4.
Replaces 'Kuga PHEV running costs' with 'vehicle running costs' in the
cadence repository description — sanitised to match the public repo's
neutral framing.
Both copies of agent.json updated byte-identically.
