Before you begin, verify your computer meets these basic needs:
- Operating System: Windows 10 or Windows 11.

Follow these steps to set up the software on your Windows computer.

- Click the file name to start the download.
- Once the download finishes, open your Downloads folder to find the file.

Does this app store my password? The app saves an access token on your computer. It does not save your password. You can clear this token at any time by signing out.

What if the app freezes? Close the app completely using the Task Manager. Restart it to clear the temporary cache. Most issues resolve with a simple restart.
