feat: add Machine Studio exchange review workflow

Summary

• consume the shared v1 Machine Studio handoff contract through the 3D reporting adapter
• add a visible Exchange workspace with explicit Refresh, Accept/Reject, and Publish Result actions
• publish only an already selected Run Record and keep recipe load, Preview, Publish, and Run explicit
• record clean source commit/state in acknowledgement and result messages

Verification

• Release build: 0 warnings, 0 errors
• integration ViewModel verification: 16/16 passed
• Shell smoke command-line verification: 42/42 passed
• strengthened Wide/Compact UI, disabled/error, keyboard, pointer, and long-value states passed at the native 125% DPI
• clean cross-product E2E passed with Machine Studio commit 4cd2882: Handoff -> Accepted -> Pass -> Machine refresh

Scope boundary

Local desktop virtual commissioning only. No PLC, robot, MES, cloud, production control, automatic recipe load, automatic Preview/Run, or release publication.
