This PR addresses GHSA-75m9-98v2-hjpm / CVE-2026-31221, where
pytorch-lightning<=2.6.0can deserialize unsafe objects viaLightningModule.load_from_checkpoint(). The lockfile now resolves to the lowest non-vulnerable version to remove the flagged path with minimal dependency churn.Dependency remediation
