Description of changes
This PR sets the stable version of the Microsoft Surface kernel to 7.1. These patches haven't been merged upstream yet, which is why this is still in draft. This is just for anyone who wants to test the patches in the meantime 🙂
Tested on a Surface Pro 9 (Intel)
