• route the House “Вода” resource to /dashboard-water
• register the house.water handoff with safe return to /dashboard-house-v11/home
• bump navigation/cache contract versions and update synchronized manifests, docs, and route checks

• the targeted pytest suite was not available in the local runtime; repository CI remains authoritative
