Adds a REQUIRED companion to NikaS Specialized Panel UI Standard v1.9 section 8. It fixes the approved S8 OMNI connection plaque as the canonical geometry/placement baseline, prohibits integration-specific geometry drift, and makes the baseline mandatory for LIDER.
