To Reproduce

1. Download 2.43.2 msi version
2. Install it

Expected behavior
It must download supported FFmpeg version

I also encountered this but get a different error. Also happens when updating from an older version and choosing to (re)download FFmpeg.

Seems like there may be permission issue(s) for the all users installation. If you use the download button in the settings' Extras section, FFmpeg gets downloaded but into %AppData\ScreenToGif\Plugins\. Also ScreenToGif doesn't automatically add the path to Gifski despite successfully downloading it to C:\Program Files\ScreenToGif, you have to add it yourself.

(Trying to export with Gifski without adding the path yourself:)

And if you use the download button in the settings, Gifski gets downloaded to %AppData%\ScreenToGif\Plugins\ instead too (despite already existing in C:\Program Files\ScreenToGif).

I also ran into this issue; I went ahead and downloaded the plugin manually and ran into another issue w/ latest ffmepg (9.x) where the -vsync option doesn't seem to be accepted anymore. Both of those bugs basically break completely the export to webp.

I have the same problem with both ffmpeg (full installer) and dotnet (light installer). I had to download dotnet manually.
