Cytometry In R

Location: Guildford, Surrey, UK

My Favorite Fluorophore/Metal-Isotope: BV421

Previous Coding Experience: Practically none

What I Hope to Get From This Course: A faster way to match FlowSOM clusters to their likely cell type: this would be great! Also, basic knowledge in analysing large panels in R, including metadata and stats, to be able to support and train students in the basic.
