- Fix scorer breakdown sync for perfect-score repos
- Fix Pydantic V2 deprecation warnings (.json() -> .model_dump_json())
- Add RAG ingestion hook in CodeSecAgent.analyze()
- Fix code file limit logic in RAG ingestion (20 files cap)
- Type-safe retrieval with SearchResult model instead of Any
- Refactor Gemini client factory with proper state reset between tests
- Make RAG config read env vars dynamically at call time
- Add missing RAG tests: embeddings, gemini_client, config
- Add backend API tests scaffold (conftest, test_api)
- 167 tests passing, 0 failures
