fix: name the error code when the runtime server's start fails - #570
When an adapter's start failed behind the runtime server, the caller saw a generic message without the adapter's error code, such as openclaw_gateway_start_timeout. The runtime server now appends Cause: <code>. to start, invoke and stop failures, without the adapter's message, which can hold private details.
On the native path the code never reached Python: fabric-python turned an adapter lifecycle failure into a plain RuntimeError, and _runtime_error dropped its code. lib.rs now sets code on that error and errors.py keeps it.
Where should the reviewer start?
crates/fabric-python/src/lib.rs and sdk/python/nemo-fabric-runtime/src/nemo_fabric/errors.py, then runtime_server/state.py.
Testing: a new runtime-server test fails a real adapter start with a code through the native module and expects the cause; it failed until the lib.rs and errors.py change. tests/python (1,260 passed), tests/docs, cargo check -p fabric-python and cargo fmt pass.
Breaking changes: none. A host deadline still reports code == "timeout".
A failed start, invoke or stop returned only a fixed message, such as
"Fabric could not establish an active runtime", and the server didn't log
the cause, so a consumer like NemoClaw couldn't tell a slow OpenClaw
Gateway from any other failure. The message now ends with the SDK or
adapter error code, for example "Cause: openclaw_gateway_start_timeout.".
Only a lowercase identifier of at most 64 characters is included; the
error's message and any values stay out of the response.
The adapter's code never reached Python on the native path: fabric-python
turned an adapter lifecycle failure into a plain RuntimeError, and the SDK
kept only "timeout" for deadlines. The native error now carries the code
as a `code` attribute, and FabricRuntimeError keeps it. Host deadlines
still become `code == "timeout"`.
The new runtime server test starts a real runtime whose adapter fails its
start, so it covers the native path end to end.
Left out: the mock API server changes from the fork, which belong with the
Hermes interfaces.

Python adapter lifecycle errors now retain their stable error codes in Python exceptions. The runtime server can append eligible codes to failure messages without exposing the underlying error message.

Summary
Expose adapter codes in Python errors crates/fabric-python/src/lib.rs, sdk/python/nemo-fabric-runtime/src/nemo_fabric/errors.py, docs/sdk/python.mdx
Adapter lifecycle errors other than host_timeout expose the adapter code on a PyRuntimeError. The Python SDK preserves string codes, and the documentation describes this behavior.
Add eligible causes to runtime errors sdk/python/nemo-fabric-runtime/src/nemo_fabric/runtime_server/{protocol.py,state.py,README.md}, tests/python/{conftest.py,runtime_server/test_state.py,runtime_server/test_sdk.py,runtime_server/test_transport.py}
The runtime server passes exception codes to ProtocolError. It appends codes that match the lowercase identifier format and omits invalid codes. Tests verify response content and confirm that private error details are not included.
NVIDIA/NeMo-Fabric#592: Both changes preserve adapter lifecycle failure identity across native, Python, and runtime-server layers. This PR adds timeout ownership and cause metadata, and updates timeout normalization.
NVIDIA/NeMo-Fabric#605: Both changes preserve stable lifecycle error codes across the native-to-Python boundary. This PR uses that contract for session errors and adds session-specific native error mappings.

Explanation
The title uses the conventional type "fix:", is 62 characters, has no trailing period, and uses lowercase. It states the main change: the runtime server's start failure now names the adapter error code. The title matches the changeset, which adds the error code to start, invoke, and stop failure messages across the Python SDK and native module.

Keep the valid Cause: suffix in validate_response.
validate_response replaces every validated error message with the fixed MESSAGES entry. For a start, invoke, or stop failure with an adapter or SDK code, the server message is ... Cause: <code>.. The client-side replacement removes that suffix. Callers therefore lose the cause code that the README documents for these failures.
Keep the fixed message as the base. Restore the suffix only when it is the exact Cause: <identifier>. form that ProtocolError builds. Error-code validation stays unchanged. A message that does not match keeps the fixed text.

@coderabbitai On the outside-diff finding about validate_response dropping the cause (protocol.py:274-276): fixed in 09f021e. validate_response still replaces the server's text with the fixed message, but now adds back a trailing Cause: <code>. when <code> matches the same CAUSE pattern ProtocolError uses; nothing else from the server message survives. A client-server round-trip test and a parametrized redaction test cover it.

@cv Verified in the current source. validate_response rebuilds the fixed message and preserves only a trailing Cause: <code>. that matches the shared CAUSE pattern.
The round-trip test checks cause preservation. The parametrized test checks that private text and invalid suffixes are discarded. I inspected these tests but did not run them.
