fix(colang): parse generated actions from current OpenAI models - #2516
Live LLMRails.generate_async() with bots/abc_v2 (PTO question) and v2_x/tutorial/guardrails_1 (capital of France): per example, gpt-6-luna passed 5/5 with default reasoning and 2/2 with none; gpt-5.6-terra passed 2/2. Used real provider calls and retrieval, overriding only the model/settings. No HTTP-server validation or cassettes in this change.
make docs-fern stopped during SDK generation because Docker was not running. Full test suite not run.

Summary by CodeRabbit
New Features
Added dedicated chat prompts for current OpenAI models across four Colang generation tasks.
Documented model support, API key requirements, and how generated bot actions and responses are handled.
Bug Fixes
Improved handling of curly quotes in generated bot actions, including multiline and nested quotes.
Generation now reports an error when no usable bot action is returned, and consistently indents generated flow actions.
### Issue 1
nemoguardrails/actions/llm/utils.py:470-474
`_normalize_action_quotes` changes content inside valid triple-quoted strings. For example, `bot say """She said "“hello”" today."""` becomes `bot say """She said ""hello"" today."""`. The interior straight quote closes the scanner’s string state, so it mistakes the curly quotes for delimiters and changes what the bot says.
Colang accepts triple-quoted action arguments. Track those delimiters too, and add a regression test that preserves their contents.
---
For each issue above, determine whether it is valid and should be fixed. If so, fix it directly.
Summary
Adds GPT-5/6 chat prompts for four Colang 2 tasks.
GPT-5 and GPT-6 use chat prompts for four Colang 2 tasks.
Generated Colang actions accept curly quotes and stop at the next turn.
Generated flows reject empty actions and keep each action indented.

OpenAI prompt tasks and model coverage nemoguardrails/llm/prompts/openai-colang2.yml, tests/v2_x/test_current_openai_generation.py, docs/configure-rails/colang/colang-2/language-reference/make-use-of-llms.mdx
Adds four OpenAI prompt tasks for intent classification, combined intent and action generation, bot-turn generation, and value generation. Tests check prompt rendering for GPT-5 and GPT-6 model names. The language reference describes model support, setup requirements, and bot-action formatting.
Normalizes curly quotes in extracted actions and removes only a leading bot action: prefix. Tests cover quote handling, Colang parsing, turn boundaries, and a shipped example with a curly-quoted continuation.
Generated action validation and flow assembly nemoguardrails/actions/v2_x/generation.py, tests/v2_x/test_generation_actions_unit.py
Combined generation and continuation now reject missing or whitespace-only bot actions. Flow creation indents each nonempty body line. Tests cover error cases and multi-action flow parsing.
Generated bot actions with retained indentation can fail to parse in either flow path. Fix those paths before merging, and clarify that curly quotes are normalized only for generated actions.

Explanation
The PR makes substantial changes: it adds four model-specific prompt tasks, action parsing behavior, and regression tests. The description documents focused test results (315 passed, 1 skipped), pre-commit success, live LLMRails.generate_async() results for both affected examples, and known validation limits. The change does not target numerics, convergence, or performance, so no additional regression or performance measurements are required by this check.

Limit the curly-quote claim to generated actions.
get_first_bot_action converts curly delimiters before parsing. The Colang grammar does not accept curly delimiters in a .co string. A reader who writes bot say “Hi” in a flow will get a parse error. State that generated LLM actions are normalized; require straight quotes in Colang source. (raw.githubusercontent.com)

Normalize continuation action lines before indenting the generated flow.
GenerateFlowContinuationAction bypasses CreateFlowAction and passes its returned body directly to AddFlowsAction. If a later bot action: line contains leading spaces, textwrap.indent adds another indentation level. The parser then treats the ordinary action as nested Colang syntax and can reject the generated flow. Before this change, the assembler added the flow indentation only once, so the same input remained valid.
Normalize each extracted action line before calling textwrap.indent.

Preserve already-indented create_flow bodies.
If body is bot say "Hi"\n bot gesture "wave", the previous code puts both actions at flow-body indentation. textwrap.indent moves the second action below the first. An ordinary bot action cannot contain a nested suite, so the generated flow fails to parse. Normalize the existing body shape before indenting every line, or update callers under an explicit new body contract. (raw.githubusercontent.com)

Description
Current OpenAI models can return prose or curly-quoted actions that Colang 2 cannot parse. Add explicit GPT-5/6 chat prompts, normalize generated quote delimiters, reject missing actions, and preserve multiline action indentation.
Targets
