Establishes the canonical home of the Mycelium record layer. - SPEC.md — normative spec P3-013 v0.3: per-operator witnessed log, dialog open->seal lifecycle, annotate-never-erase, PII-free hashing, witnessing (Certificate Transparency) as intended-not-built. - mycelium.js — storage-agnostic JS reference implementation. One instance == one operator's log; intra-dialog running hash + per-operator anchor chain; append/seal/annotate/record/verify/forDialog; operator_id-scoped; witness checkpoint() stub. - example.js — runnable demo + smoke test (6 checks: order, seal, verify, tamper detection, post-seal annotation, checkpoint stub). All pass. - README.md, package.json — overview, API, honest status. Held to Janus-Facing Architecture (builder's guide v2.0) and Building JFA Software (v1.0).
