CONFORMANCE.md declares the repo's role (front end + member-economy layers) in the architecture's terms, before product specifics, and binds each claim to its mechanism honestly as of main: record built (single-witness StandIn, labeled), covenant and economy stubs whose package docs carry the binding invariants, built implementations in the open PR stack.
