The Wolf Pack. 364 Agents. Every Wolf Has a Role. No Wolf Sits Idle.

364 AI specialists working as one coordinated unit. Defenders, hunters, hackers, builders — all sharing intelligence, all working together. The first AI system that doesn't just run tools — it thinks like a team.

The Story

ClaudeOS started because memorizing Linux commands is stupid. You shouldn't need to remember iptables -A INPUT -p tcp --dport 443 -j ACCEPT when you can just say "open port 443."

Then it grew. Bug bounty hunters started using it. Pentesters wanted offensive tools. Gamers wanted Minecraft servers. DevOps wanted CI/CD pipelines. Each need became a specialist agent. Then a community formed — and the community started building WITH us.

But agents alone weren't enough. Running one tool at a time is script kiddie energy. Real professionals don't use tools in isolation — they coordinate. The defender's findings feed the hunter. The hunter's discovery feeds the defender's patch. The extractor's intelligence feeds everyone.

ClaudeOS v3.1 is the result. Not 361 tools in a box. 364 specialists working as one team. They share intelligence. They feed each other. They observe before acting. They strike precisely. And now they learn — technique-stats.md tracks win/loss ratios per technique so the pack gets smarter with every hunt.

Every agent contains real, battle-tested commands — born from real bug bounty hunting on HackerOne, Bugcrowd, and YesWeHack. Proven against crypto exchanges (Bumba — 13 findings), adult platforms (Stripchat — CORS exploitation), betting sites (1win — OTP brute-force), and enterprise targets (REI — ADFS exposure). And the system keeps getting smarter: a self-improving engine detects failures, fixes agent playbooks, and commits the fix. Every failure makes the team stronger.

"Organize cognition, not code." — ClaudeOS Community

"The true hunter never shows himself. He stays in the middle, hidden, watching, gathering. Then the bug reveals itself."

What Can It Do?

# Just talk to it
$ claudeos
> "harden this server"

> "scan example.com for vulnerabilities"
> "set up a Minecraft server with 8GB RAM"
> "find XSS on this website"
> "deploy my app from GitHub with zero downtime"
> "alert me on Telegram if CPU hits 90%"

Quick Examples

"update everything" Runs apt update, upgrades packages, checks for reboot
"why is nginx throwing 502?" Reads logs, diagnoses upstream issue, suggests fix
"scan my server for vulnerabilities" Runs full CVE scan, checks configs, reports findings
"test this site for CORS bugs" Runs 7-origin CORS chain test, generates PoC if found
"crack this WAF" Fingerprints WAF vendor, runs vendor-specific bypass techniques

Architecture

ClaudeOS has 4 layers. No daemons. No message buses. Everything is Markdown files and bash.

Key insight: Agents are knowledge, not processes. Each agent is a Markdown file full of expert knowledge and real commands. You can read any agent to see exactly what it will do. No black boxes.

See ARCHITECTURE.md for the full technical breakdown.

Bug Bounty — Proven in the Field

ClaudeOS isn't theoretical. It's been used on real HackerOne programs and found real vulnerabilities:

  • 13 findings on a crypto exchange — delete_user account destruction, KYC bypass with real SOL deposit, conversion order executed, 8 GraphQL mutations missing permission guards (submitted to H1)
  • CORS data exfiltration on an adult platform — 6 performer usernames stolen cross-origin from VPS-hosted PoC, video proof (submitted to H1)
  • Unauthenticated admin config center on OPPO's e-commerce platform — H1 pre-check rated it CRITICAL (CVSS 9.9) (submitted to H1)
  • OTP brute-force + captcha bypass on a betting platform — 8 findings including internal payment widget leak (1win)
  • ADFS + infrastructure exposure on a major US retailer — 300 subdomains, 13 S3 buckets, federation metadata (REI)
  • CORS vulnerability (CVSS 8.1) on a major identity verification platform (submitted to H1, report #3668556)
  • 7 security findings on a major chat platform (disclosed via responsible disclosure)

The tools we use to hunt are the tools we ship. Every agent in the Bug Bounty, WAF Warfare, and Extractor categories was born from real hunting sessions where we needed a tool that didn't exist — so we built it. The technique-stats.md file tracks which techniques work on which target types — so the pack gets smarter with every hunt.

Self-Improving Engine

ClaudeOS gets smarter over time. When an agent's command fails:

  1. Detects the failure (exit code, stderr)
  2. Classifies it (missing tool, syntax error, OS mismatch, false positive)
  3. Fixes the agent's CLAUDE.md playbook
  4. Retries the command
  5. Commits the fix: auto-fix(agent): what was fixed

Every failure makes the system stronger. See agents/self-improver/CLAUDE.md for the full protocol.

Safety & Authorization

ClaudeOS is built for defenders, learners, and ethical hackers.

One-Time Confirmation (Default)

The first time you use an offensive agent, ClaudeOS asks once:

> Are you authorized to test [target]?
> 1) bug-bounty 2) ctf 3) own 4) client 5) research no) cancel

No forms. No PDFs. No lawyers. You're a professional — ClaudeOS trusts you.

What ClaudeOS Always Does

  • Logs every action to /var/log/claudeos/actions.log
  • Confirms destructive operations before executing
  • Refuses to attack targets you didn't authorize

What ClaudeOS Will NOT Do

  • Run offensive agents without your confirmation
  • Help with malware distribution or unauthorized access
  • Hide its actions from logs
  • Pretend you have authorization when you don't

Pro Mode (Optional)
