The site/README demo was a Remotion-composited clip with a tiny tilted inset that looked staged. Replace it with a genuine ffmpeg screen recording of a real `deepcloak` run (virtual display, no compositing): the local Qwen + SearXNG pipeline Escalates on each Bot Wall and Bypasses 8 Cloudflare/Turnstile walls, then writes a cited report — no API key. - showcase/public/demo.mp4, docs/media/demo.gif: real capture - docs/media/demo-real.mp4: full 57s clip kept for verification - showcase/data/evidence.json: real run's Evidence Records (8 Bypassed / 16) - README ×3: "Verified live" note now describes the screen recording - remove the fake inset assets (bypass.mp4) and the superseded demo-terminal.mp4 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>
