docs(ens): refresh phase0 mainnet snapshot artifacts

Motivation

• Refresh the Phase‑0 mainnet ENS snapshot so operator runbooks and docs reflect the current chain state and the selected keeper-assisted, Prime‑unchanged operating mode without modifying on‑chain contracts.

Description

• Add machine‑readable JSON and human‑readable Markdown artifacts at docs/DEPLOYMENT/artifacts/ens-phase0-mainnet-current.json and .md capturing manager/ENSJobPages wiring, root ownership/wrapper approval state, validateConfiguration mask, repair summary, and operator notes; no Solidity contracts or Prime runtime changes were made (commit a24e74b).

Testing

• Ran npm run size, npm run test:size, and npm run docs:ens:check which completed successfully; ran npm run ens:phase0:mainnet to generate the snapshot artifacts (intermittent RPC 503 retries observed but artifacts were produced); npm run test:size:benchmark repeatedly invoked hardhat compile in this environment and hung (timed out) and was not required to validate this trivial docs artifact change.
