About the PR

Adds Layak as a T1 PDV escort-corvette. 4 Flak 90mms (can be switched to HE, of course), 4 Fangs, 2 Hydras, and 2 flare pods.
Might be OP over neptune because it has the PD & 2 Hydras of course, but Neptune has space for foam/extra walls/extra power infrastructure for a stronger shield + 2 Torps. I'd rather try to aim 6 guns with the same velocity than 6 with 2 different.

Also updates jupiter shipyard console since nobody else was (it had 3 ships in it)

Why / Balance

noticing that PDV doesn't have anything with actual PD really (adders fucking SUCK!!!) + flak is cool

PDV does not get shields on T1 shuttles. The armour on this is already crazy enough, it does not need the extra help.

This thing is not following thruster guidelines. The ones highlighted with red are not an allowed shape. The ones highlighted with yellow require walls around them.
Either the sideways or the forwards/back large thrusters need to go.

Reinforced plastitanium walls are for capitals only, this is a T1 medium.

So are ultra-high power gunnery control servers

This does not look like what the pdv is supposed to look like now, since they are getting ASR-ified. Kallisto, Ganymede and Metis are good examples.

Also, there's a directional fan missing here. In general though this is armed, armoured and built like a capital but it's medium size and T1 thus breaking virtually every guideline.

I guess it's not stated anywhere explicitly but I thought that maximum number of thrusters in a row is at most 3, but it looks like that's been more of a self-imposed rule of the community rather than anything fromalised.
The rest of my points stand though.

78 processing power's worth of guns (on a T1 ship, more than the Andromeda, Altair or Saintie) and they aren't low impact guns either. 5 per broadside. 6 guns frontsiding.
