About the PR
Adds one new ship, the KSP Bottega, a ship for our beloved/beloathed Service Staff to hark the services of CC to stranded ship No.485 and random PDV ships.
Also modifies the Pacems SR file, adds my creator prefix, KSP, and changes description to be more informative.
Why / Balance
Service staff usually mill about or have to create a "custom" ship to try and offer their services outside of CC, felt like getting them something nice.
As for Pacem, well, yeah, creator prefix and a better description.
