About the PR
smoothed out the edges, reworked the ship from using mining pulsars to mining drills, industrial faction after all. also removed some weaponry but added a ammo loader for the two vesperas alongside some spare ammo for em. cheapens the cost as well
Why / Balance
see above, USSP is a industrial faction, energy equipment isnt their thing. also consume asteroids. also the cost was WAAAAY too much for a ship like this.
