About the PR

Changes revolvers and magnum ammo.

• Removes Faith/Lucky/Fitz/Pirate/Deckard/N1984 revolvers since they were either basically the same or were unused.
• Changes ".45 magnum" to ".357 magnum" to prevent confusion with .45 ACP.
• Removes .357 magnum magazines (its the speedloader ammo)
• Gives Mateba/not-Gatfruit Pythons FMC/DC values, and gives the HLCM contraband value
• Python now has a reduced damage modifier and a double-shot burst mode.
• Mateba now has a whopping 3x damage modifier but a very, very slow fire rate.
• HLCM has a 18-round capacity and now uses a revolver mechanism, with a 0.8x damage modifier. (3 speedloaders for full ammo). Also has a laser to compensate for its very high damage output.
• the Inspector is renamed to Garter to be consistent with revolver naming scheme.
• Renamed the NTSF HLCM to "Wayward HLCM"

Why / Balance

Makes them feel better + remove bloat.
