Got a webnovel site you want NovelDR to support? There are two paths, depending on whether you want to build it yourself or have someone else add it.
Full step-by-step instructions (how to capture a site's HTML, how to prompt Claude Code to build the scraper, and how to register it in the app) are already written up here:
That guide walks through the whole process from start to finish, so you don't need to touch any other files — just follow it top to bottom.
If you'd rather not build the scraper yourself, open a request on the project's Issues page using this format:
Title — the title of your message
Tag — choose Request Source
Description — tell us the novel site to add and any other details we should know beforehand (e.g. site name/URL, whether it needs login, anything unusual about its layout)
That's it — once submitted, it'll be picked up and worked on.
