Fixes #885
The examples for system_pricing_plans.json where not clear when the fare is calculated per x minutes.
What's Changed
In this PR: Updated an example to demonstrate a fare calculated per x minutes and then per minute.
Note: This change does not require a vote as it is an editorial change. Once approved, it will directly be applied to master.
