I went ahead and translated Subtle Effects into Brazilian Portuguese. Most of it is the config screen (all the toggle names and their descriptions), and I also covered the sound subtitles, commands and UI bits. Every formatting code and placeholder is left exactly as it was. If any wording sounds off to a native ear, point it out and I'll adjust.
