Re-issues the stranded promotion in #41.
That PR targeted
apps/todos-api/overlays/dev/, a path that no longer exists since service composition moved toprofiles/<profile>/overlays/<env>/. scripts/bump-image.sh todos-api dev economical eks-dev <digest>, so exactly one overlay changes and the registry location is preserved from the overlay rather than guessed.The digest was confirmed present in ECR before this PR was opened.

git revertthis commit.Supersedes #41. The pipeline that produced the original was repaired in
MicroTodoSuite/.github#11, so future promotions land on the correct path automatically.
