Michał Oskiera, PhD

Research scientist and bioinformatician working at the intersection of microbial ecology, plant–microbe interactions, microbiome research, metagenomics, transcriptomics, NGS, scientific computing, and agentic AI for science.

I develop and apply reproducible computational workflows for biological research, primarily in Linux, R, Bash, and Python. My current methodological interests include AI-assisted bioinformatics, scientific evidence processing, scientific RAG, tool-using agents, provenance, reproducibility, and evaluation of agentic AI in real scientific workflows.
