Adds real model pinning for workflow agent calls instead of only passing model as prompt guidance.\n\nChanges:\n- Pass opts.model through runWorkflow to WorkflowAgent.run.\n- Resolve provider/model strings with pi-ai getModel before createAgentSession.\n- Update workflow prompt guidance and ambient types.\n- Add runtime test coverage for model passthrough.\n\nValidation:\n- npm test
