MATLAB reproduction code for Drori, Kurer, and Mezer (2026), "Sensorimotor basal ganglia circuit asymmetry explains
lateralized motor dysfunction in early Parkinson's disease."

This release includes scripts to reproduce the manuscript analyses, figures, and tables from preprocessed PPMI data.
The code assumes preprocessing was completed separately using drori_ppmi_prep and requires local configuration of data
paths and MATLAB dependencies.

Data are not included.
