- Remove unused informative reference RFC3553 (never cited) - Cite RFC 8949 (CBOR base spec) inline so the declared normative reference is actually used - List RFC 8639 explicitly in the normative block (cited for terminology)
…ID caveat - B1: IANA record for encoding:cbor now references this document's title (was the base draft's title) - B2: replace dangling '4.3.2 of this document' with an anchor reference to the SIDs-as-keys example - B3: reorder the name-based CBOR hex to match its diagnostic notation (event-class, reporting-entity, severity) - O1: note that the SID values in the example are illustrative only, not SIDs registered for any real YANG module
