It runs entirely on local infrastructure using Ollama-hosted models and ChromaDB, so no document content or query ever leaves the organization's environment. Every AI-generated answer is accompanied by a citation back to its source document, ensuring transparency and auditability. The toolkit in this repository documents the full project lifecycle used to plan, build, and launch that product, with the initial pilot scoped to the Project & Program Management knowledge domain.
