this made me so anoyed when i first played it that i had to make this pr before anything else WHY DOES PESSING UP MAKE THE BLOK GO DOWN *ANGRY CAT NOISES*

On consoles, the up key drops, and that is what I'm keeping here. However, I have added more denounce strength, so it's more difficult to accidentally press hard drop. before "ok" made the piece rotate and "up" made it go DOWN
that was VERY anoying because it should be so that the cross is there to move/rotate the pieces and the ok button to go hard down!!!!
so that just swaps the two..
NOTE :
first pr on this repo btw but im planing to add more games i didnt find contact infos or a discord or anything tho so welp ima just ask here ngl :/
