Summary

• Add an end-to-end sync integration test for a local file:// bare Git repository.
• Register the repo through tome add with a subdir, then verify sync clones, discovers, consolidates into the canonical library, and copies into a configured target.
• Assert the library and target entries are real directories so the test does not rely on symlink deployment semantics.

Verification

• cargo test -p tome --test cli_sync sync_clones_file_git_directory_and_copies_to_target -- --nocapture
• cargo test -p tome --test cli_sync
• cargo test -p tome git::tests
• make ci (fmt-check, clippy, and tests completed; stopped at typos because the local typos binary is not installed)
