Motion-TimeSpace (MTS) is an open, work-in-progress research programme exploring whether motion, time, space, memory, and observed gravitational and cosmological structure can be organized into one disciplined field-theoretic framework.
This repository is not presented as a completed theory of physics. It is a public research workbench containing derivation attempts, failed routes, claim ceilings, numerical gates, empirical scorecards, and reproducible scripts.
The project now has four connected layers:
- Parent and infrared branch - a declared integrated metric-density/Diff parent and a source-complete minimal gravity-photon-curvature truncation with a numerically constructed GR-connected infrared trajectory.
- Local GR/Newton/Maxwell branch - within the selected reflection-even weak local branch, one universal massless spin-2 residue gives the Einstein equation, Poisson equation, inverse-square force, geodesics, and standard leading
PPN gamma=beta=1; the same parent action gives the Maxwell, Lorentz-force, stress, and Poynting chain. - Large-scale motion response - a state-dependent Schur-complement route can leave the local GR branch unchanged while producing a long-distance response, but its retarded motion self-energy and source-history state law are not yet derived.
- Empirical branches - late-time cosmology remains a labelled closure branch. The galaxy-formation comparison now has a frozen 12-seed paired protocol; one confirmatory seed is complete, so model preference remains forbidden.
The July 21 update advances the public audit from checkpoint 516 to checkpoint 1191. It publishes the full compact record of private checkpoints 4501 through 5175: 658 checkpoint documents, 851 scripts, and 5,404 compact CSV/JSON artifacts. Large run products and third-party/source caches remain excluded.
The July 22 follow-up adds public checkpoint 1192 (private checkpoint 5176) as a public preregistration of the paired high-mode ensemble before seeds 2-12 are inspected. Seed 1 ties on distance to the inherited q band and gives a slightly lower RMSE for MTS, but it is a metric split and the frozen rule permits no preference statement before all 12 seeds finish.
The strongest honest claim is:
MTS now contains a conditional but explicit weak-local route from one declared parent action to GR, Newtonian gravity, and the Maxwell/Lorentz/Poynting source chain, together with a concrete candidate bridge to distinct large-scale motion response. It does not yet derive the full parent ontology from motion, time, and space alone, establish strong-field completeness, derive the galactic retarded state law, or demonstrate empirical preference over standard baselines.

Public checkpoint filenames use a compact sequence, while document titles and generated artifact names retain their original private checkpoint IDs for provenance. For this update, private checkpoint 4501 maps to public checkpoint 517, and private checkpoint 5175 maps to public checkpoint 1191.
The repository includes source scripts and compact residual/register artifacts, but not large third-party datasets, virtual environments, raw generated run folders, or the local functional_rg source cache. Local machine paths retained in historical artifacts are provenance records, not portable execution paths.
This work is deliberately conservative about claims. A branch can be useful, promising, or competitive without being promoted to a completed theory. Promotion requires derivation, consistency with known limits, and empirical robustness against matched baselines.
