• Platform Support: Csla.Maui on net11.0-android requires API level 24 (Target .NET 10 and 11; remove .NET 8 and 9 #4922).
• New section, Source Generators Bundled in the Csla Package (Call data portal operation methods explicitly via bundled source generators #4925):
  • Remove the retired Csla.Generator.AutoImplementProperties.CSharp package (CSLABUILD001). The attributes moved into Csla.dll in the same namespace.
  • Make business classes partial (CSLA0024 warning; non-partial classes still work through reflection).
  • Stack traces from operation methods now go through generated code.
  • [DataPortalExtensions] is opt-in, and CSLA0025 applies once you use it.
• New section, Async Authorization Rules in View Models and IsSavable (AuthorizationRuleAsync crash on ViewModelBase #4707, IsSavable does not support truly async per-type authorization rules #4947 via Support truly async per-type authorization rules in IsSavable #4948):
  • View model Can* properties start out false and update when async rules complete.
  • IsSavable busy/cache behavior; Save throws while the check is still running.
  • HasPermission with a still-running async rule now throws InvalidOperationException.

• Add change entries for Implement a transaction factory service #4780 (Add ITransactionScopeFactory and resolve transaction defaults at runtime #4949), AuthorizationRuleAsync crash on ViewModelBase #4707 and IsSavable does not support truly async per-type authorization rules #4947 (Support truly async per-type authorization rules in IsSavable #4948), under a new Authorization heading.
• Add the missing Enforce AllowNew and AllowRemove on editable lists #4945 PR link to the Collection modification allowed when AllowNew and/or AllowNew are false #4848 entry.
• Breaking changes:
  • Add bullets for the async authorization behavior changes and the TransactionalAttribute/TransactionalDataPortal changes.
  • Link the generator bullet to the new upgrade section and mention CSLA0024.

The RelationshipTypes.Required section is in #4952. It appends to the end of the upgrade doc, and this PR inserts its sections earlier, so the two shouldn't conflict.
