Multi-target the test projects in csla.test.sln so the net11.0 framework builds are exercised. Runtime-aligned package versions (Microsoft.Extensions.*, TestHost, etc.) come from a DotNetPackageVersion property in Source/tests/Directory.Build.props that matches each target framework. CSLA 11 now targets .NET 10 and .NET 11. .NET 8 and .NET 9 support is removed. Both reach end of support in November 2026.
