Summary

  • route physical Controls, Hold/latch chords, and a new menu-bar Record Voice action through one process-owned Local AI dispatcher
  • derive Record, Stop, and finishing presentation from the authoritative session phase and enforce runtime lifecycle/readiness gates
  • document the trigger-convergence boundary and M10 acceptance evidence

Verification

  • red-first focused button/runtime tests, then complete host corpus: 480 tests / 72 suites passed
  • isolated 10,000-transition HID soak passed unchanged thresholds
  • release product build, strict formatting, shell syntax, local Markdown links, signature/Team/entitlement/dependency checks passed
  • signed canonical app relaunched from /Applications; VEC and both dictation paths ready; native menu accessibility exposes enabled Record Voice

No release, version, tag, or main changes.
