Adds a second data-backed crowd guide, /guides/less-crowded-alternatives-to-venice (en/de/es/fr), targeting the "Venice alternatives / less crowded than Venice" travel-planning search that peaks in high season. Five picks (Bruges, Lake Annecy, Giethoorn, Piran, Rovinj) are all real dataset destinations that our crowd model scores below Venice in every month of the year, so the "below Venice every month" badge is honest; busiest/quietest months render live from the model. Venice's day-tripper access-fee framing is factual (official Contributo di Accesso, 5 to 10 euros on peak days). Also adds the /guides hub and every guide article to sitemap.xml. They were previously reachable only through internal links, so even the existing Hallstatt guide was missing from the sitemap and harder for crawlers to discover. Verified locally: tsc + eslint clean, next build green (759 static pages), guide renders 200 with all five picks + FAQ JSON-LD, sitemap lists both guides, unknown slug 404s. No em-dashes. es/fr copy is machine-translated, native review welcome. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Was
Quellen: offizielle Stadt-Seite cda.veneziaunica.it und CNN (edition.cnn.com/2025/02/10/travel/venice-entry-fee-doubles-2025-dates). Crowd-Label-Framing "very busy to packed" entspricht dem Modell (min 0.71 = Very Busy, max 1.0 = Packed).
Naechster Cluster-Schritt: weitere Overtourism-Ziele (Santorini, Barcelona, Dubrovnik).
Audit-Item: website-audit/state.md (2026-07-09, Off-Page/Distribution).
