Fix release metadata and image assets

What changed

• Moved the README image to assets/IMG_9016.webp.
• Removed the old duplicate asset image files.
• Fixed package license metadata to match the GPL license file.
• Fixed the README license typo.
• Rebuilt the release package with the corrected asset path.
