Introduce a single markdown log next to the extension for Naukri apply/sidebar work. Includes commit-message guidance, per-commit section template (what/why/snippets), a bootstrap log entry, and the rule to append after each related commit so history stays reviewable.
The bootstrap section listed an intermediate amend hash instead of the commit that introduced dev-log.md (d67a28b). Append a dev-log entry documenting this metadata fix.
