CITATION.cff listed the v1.0.0 archive, which is the least complete of the three snapshots -- it was tagged before CITATION.cff and the rewritten README had merged. Points it at v1.0.2 instead, and adds the ASME proceedings DOI to preferred-citation and to the README's citation block so both resolve.
