Updated the Playground documentation to reflect the restored right-rail Computer panel, which now shows Logs and Shell tabs when the previewed host has a Project Computer attached.

Updated the Playground docs to show the right rail now has Logs and Shell tabs when the previewed host has a Project Computer. Renamed "JSON-RPC Logger" to "Right Rail," added Shell tab details (Open terminal, status chip, live terminal, tabs stay mounted), and clarified Logs behavior.
