Use submodules

List of proposed changes:

• Move copyrightcons to submodule
• Move docs to submodule
• Move third-party code to submodules (log4cplus, cryptopp, cppunit)
• Move src content to the root folder

To fetch submodules:

git submodule init
git submodule update

Submodules are hosted here https://github.com/ivilink
All ivilink developers are added to ivilink organization
