Multi-API fallback system for LLM provider resilience.
Updated master_prompt in prompts.py to guide PaCo toward naturally surfacing the four QUILAM domains during conversation without surveying the patient. This file has no runtime effect. Live prompt needs to be updated in ElevenLabs dashboard.
Rewrote analysis output to produce a QUILAM-structured provider summary after each conversation. Four domains, each with a finding, flag (surfaced / not surfaced / concern flagged), and supporting detail. Parser hardened to handle null fields and malformed LLM output without crashing.
