What changed

• Publishes the complete MATLAB Wiener filtering GUI, HTML interface, business logic, demo, tests, and documentation.
• Adds continuously throttled parameter previews and opt-in RAM-safe Show all rendering.
• Removes the old continuation/Next workflow and obsolete validation overload.

Why

This creates a GUI companion to the existing algorithm-only Wiener filtering repository.

User impact

Users receive live parameter feedback and can explicitly enable full-spectrum rendering only for safe-sized datasets.

Validation

• MATLAB Code Analyzer passed for every MATLAB source file.
• Embedded interface JavaScript parsed successfully with Node.js.
• Wiener numerical, validation, app-state, and RAM-guard assertions passed.
• Browser interaction smoke checks passed before publication.
