Add an optional feature to render additional geometry in totem models. I say “optional” because, for example, in a 2D totem, I don't think it would be suitable. Also, without the mod, the rendering of additional geometry should be disabled. It would be good if all settings from the Female Gender Mod to be visible on the totems as well
