This commit refactors the `NavigationTab` data class by introducing a new `TabIcons` data class to encapsulate `idleIcon` and `selectedIcon`.
This commit introduces `NavBarDefaults` to provide a centralized way to define default colors for `AppNavBar`. It simplifies the creation of `AppNavBar` by using `NavBarDefaults.navBarColors()` for the default `navBarColors` parameter.
