| 2026-06 | Quantum-Safe in Name Only: Active Measurement of Post-Quantum Cryptography in Indian Financial Services | paper · data |
Headline findings: passive TLS scanning reports 0% hybrid-PQC key exchange across Indian fintech endpoints; active ML-KEM probing confirms 60% — almost entirely a CDN-edge default. Certificates remain 100% classical, and 51% of domains expose a non-CDN origin outside the protected edge.
Each paper lives in a dated folder under papers/, with its measured datasets in data/.
Methodology is described in full in the paper; the scanner implementation is available on
request for academic verification.
