This change makes the publisher of your own levels always appear as your own, ignoring any logic for reuploads. This only affects the game; not the website/API. This is necessary because LBP determines if you can edit level not by the endpoint by which the level was acquired but by the publisher on the level.
This was always technically an issue, but it became more of a problem since #884.
Not sure if this is a good change but we'll see how people react to this.
